Notes:
- Work must NOT commence until all permits have been issued and conditions complied with.

- The land or buildings must NOT be used or occupied without an occupancy permit.
|
|
- Any permit issued does not authorize use of Crown land or other land without a lease or grant from the Crown or permission from the owner.

- This application must be accompanied by the permit fee established by the municipality.

|
An application for Outline Planning Permission ( sometimes called "Approval in Principle") requires only sufficient information to locate and assess the general suitability of the proposal. If approved, a detailed application will be required before a development permit can be issued. |

Where Temporary Permission only is required, state the length of time, and check other appropriate boxes. |

Complete and attach building application forms MBA1 and MBA2 where the type of occupancy of a building is to be changed or a building, advertisement, or other structure is to be constructed, altered, demolished, relocated or repaired. |

Complete and attach subdivision application forms (MSA) where land is to be subdivided for development. |

"Owner" means any person, firm or corporation controlling the property under consideration. |

A sketch plan must be attached which clearly locates the site unless a civic street number can be given. |

The description of the proposed development, buildings, and other works to be constructed, the proposed use of land and buildings, hours of operation, noise, smoke, smell, and other effects on the area, hazards, loading, parking access, landscaping, public services required, and all other pertinent information. |

Attach detailed plans and specifications of work not included in supplementary building and subdivision application forms. |
|
Attach a survey plan showing site dimensions, existing buildings to be retained or demolished, natural features such as streams, cliffs, and wooded areas, and contours or slopes. |

Plans and specifications included with this application or with supplementary building or subdivision forms should be referenced. |
